115) National Assembly

The building in most of these pictures is the National Assembly Building in Yeouido, Seoul. On Saturday there was a firework display being held a park in Yeouido (which is an island on the Han River). I am not sure what the occasion was, but the firework show had three parts, apparently one by Korea, one by Japan, and one by the USA. The show was OK, but not at all great (although I was not in the best position to see).

On another note, the weather has been very enjoyable lately. Very nice days, and nights that have gotten quite cool. This is a great time to be in Korea in my opinion…but I suppose a great time to be in many countries! So wherever you are, make sure to enjoy the fall weather while it lasts!

"wherever you are, make sure to enjoy the fall weather while it lasts!"

i couldn't agree more. definitely the best time of the year to be in korea. even winter is enjoyable here. mind you, i'm from california so it has much more of a novelty for me than it does for those of us who are from parts akin to the tundra.
